Dosage/Directions:Dry the skin before applyingTake out from the pack, remove crinkly release film, apply the adhesive side gently to the centre of the affected area.On certain areas it may help to use a dressing tape to hold the pad in placeUse immediately after opening the pack. After a few minutes, you will begin to feel incresing warmth. Warnings:For external use only.Do not apply to injured, broken or irritated skin, bruises or rashes.Discontinue use if a rash develops.For use with young children, and persosn with circulatory or dermatological disorders, advice should be sought from a doctor.Do not cut or tear pad.Remove the pad at any time it feels too hot.For overnight use do not lie directly on pad.
